Modern Appliance

Both our oven and washing machine stopped working on the May long weekend. We contacted Peter at Modern Appliance and they responded very quickly to our inquiry. We went over things on the phone and Peter indicated he needed model types to determine the parts needed as well as further information on what was wrong. He was extremely professional and went over things in a very simple and logical manner. We sent over the details and our service call was scheduled very soon after. Peter arrived on site exactly when he said he would and very quickly had both appliances repaired. He replaced the part on the oven but was able to fix the washer without a part - saving us some money as well.
Overall the service was fantastic and I am keeping his business card handy for anything else we might need help with. I highly recommend Peter - he was amazing.
