overall very happy. Peter is efficient, knowledgeable. I felt very much this is a honest company and that matters a lot.
price was just a little higher than I anticipated but I still feel it is fair. I am behind times in what things really cost sometimes, so I am okay with the price. Had a part to pay for and the persons time and work.
I would definitely recommend and would call again this company. my washing machine works good as ever again, it was just the latch that needed replacing. I had to push the machine back in the closet a bit as it was blocking the door from closing.
