I have had Peter in to repair several of my appliances over the years - including my dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. He has always been extremely knowledgeable and honest when assessing what is needed and conducting the repairs. Whenever possible, he has proactively brought the parts I might need to the initial assessment so that he can do the repair on the spot instead of having to come back. I would strongly recommend Peter and he is the only repairman I would use myself.

Modern Appliance repaired my Samsung dryer. They were punctual, professional and repaired the dryer quickly.

Freezer/fridge repair. On time with a high quality service and the issue was rectified. Would highly recommend.

I totally recommend Peter for any appliance installation job! He was punctual, efficient, but most important of all very willing to quickly come up with solutions to unexpected problems. I purchased a brand new dishwasher to be installed but there were some difficulties with the electrical/plumbing hookups in my kitchen, but Peter went above and beyond just doing a typical installation job and helped resolve those difficulties quickly. Thanks Peter for taking the time to direct me on next steps for LG service on out of warranty products. You’ve gained my trust. I called LG and arranged an out of warranty service call for $275 (tax in) which covers the LG service call and parts.

Peter is prompt, professional and goes out of his way to educate his customers about how to maintain their appliances. You can't ask for anything more in a repair service.

Can't say enough good things about Peter. He came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a verbal estimate and explained the cost, scheduled the follow-up appointment, order the required part, showed up again as scheduled, quickly made the repair and held to the quote he originally provided. Add to that he is super friendly and outgoing. What more could you ask for? Would definitely use Modern Appliance again and would have no hesitation in recommending the company/Peter to others.
