He came to install my new dishwasher; he leveled it properly, made all the necessary connections, installed the brackets to hold it in place under the counter, and tested the cycles to make sure the water flowed and drained properly. Peter is just wonderful. It's clear he's not only incredibly knowledgeable but takes pride in what he does and cares deeply about his customers - even ones he only ends up helping over the phone like us. When we called about an issue with our washing machine, he took time on the phone to really get the details about what was going on instead of rushing us through a bunch of generic questions and booking a time to check out the machine.

Because of that, he was able to expertly diagnose the problem over the phone, let us know it was something we could try on our own if we wanted and gave us information on where we could get the part we needed and expert tips on what to be mindful of when we installed it. And he of course offered to come in if we weren't able to resolve it on our own.

It all worked out and our machine is working thanks to him. He saved us time and money - we only had to pay for the part, no labour cost and we were able to get it done right away instead of waiting until he was available. He didn't hesitate to give his 100% best to help us find the best solution even if it meant he was losing out on service and labour fees. He said his aim is to save people time and money whenever he can. Truly exceptional service and just a great guy. He's the only one we'll call in the future.

I have to say that Peter is certainly a pleasant, professional and experienced repair person. After contacting him and explaining my stove issue, he went ahead and order a few different parts and came within the week to repair the stove. He said that whatever part he didn’t use could just be returned and at no cost to me. I was very impressed with him and would highly recommend him to everyone.
