My fridge was not cooling but my freezer was working. I called a few other companies but spoke only to people booking appointments - and the first appointment available was at least one (1) week later. But Modern Appliance was different - the repair technician (Peter) actually called me when I sent an email. He had specific instructions to help diagnose the problem AND avoid any potential damage until he could visit on a service call. So many positives:
- He knew what he was doing!
- I had three (3) different ways to contact him (email, phone, and text)
- Service was efficient and effective
Any appliance issues in my future, I'll be calling Modern Appliance!
