Canadian Wet Basement Solutions

Hi...I understand the owner of the Canadian Wet Basements has won $50 million and apparently closed up his business. This company "fixed" my basement 2 years ago; however I still have problems. I am hoping that the owner will have enough decency to still address this concern and contact me. It was a bit pricy for the amount of work done. It took them a long time to get to me and they did have to come back several times to fix their work (young and inexperienced crew the first 2 times). When I told Greg I was unhappy with the work done he did go above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before getting the full payment. I have to say that the end result was a job well done once Greg got the right crew on the job. I've had no leaks since.

My basement was leaking so I called Canadian wet basement solutions. They did fixed the problem. It was hard to get a hold of them to finish digging in the exhaust line that they said they would. It was finally completed after many calls.

Left house extremely dirty.Cement dust all over .Left furnace on,so dust went every where.No poly barrier from basement to first level.Has not returned key. Does not return calls or emails

No Body usually writes any of the good stuff only the bad. I just want to say that Greg and his crew came to my house fixed my leak and were very clean and professional ! They were also the most reasonably priced out of the 3 other quotes I recieved. Thanks again for the great job !!

I would like to start by saying there is no other company that can work on the bedrock of muskoka we had 6 different contractors in and they were lost in dealing with bedrock we have been dry for 2 years now and we give this company at least 4 referrals a year . We called Canadian Wet Basement Solutions to come give us a quote on our basement we had 4 other quotes and by far they were the most knowledgeable of all the companies basement has been dry for 3 years now and we always recommend this company to anyone with a wet basement

i use this company for all my basement waterproofing needs over the last 10years they are very fair and know what there doing they are always dependable for me and would and keep recommending this company to anyone that has a wet basement

HORRABLE. I had a leaky basement from a horizontal crack and hired them for $1000. Not only did they make a horriable mess of my basement from the jackhammer, my basement continued to leak!. Greg refused to live up to his warranty, instead only offered to come back for an additionally $4000 to do something else. This company does not live up to their warranty. Greg said he would refund my money, but I haven't heard or anything since. This has been going on for 9 months!

Installed indoor system and caused $1,500. worth of damages to my marble fireplace thorough careless use of a jackhammer. Said right away he would pay but now 4 months later, no cheque and not a peep.
Update: October, 2014. Received cheque for damages. Basement dry.
