John Berkhuizen

Both my girlfriend and I decided to go with Rona for our kitchen renovations and John was the assigned contractor for both projects. Our experiences were both overwhemingly positive. The level and detail of work was absolutely incredible, there were no scheduling issues whatsoever and the end results absolutely beautiful. We both strongly recommend John (and Rona) for any sort of renovation project - we couldn't be happier with the end results.

In short, John was on the list of Rona contractors available to install the new kitchen cabinets that I had designed and purchased from Rona. When the time came to install the kitchens, he first refused to work on the dates that he had agreed to work, and, then, when we could not reach a compromise (which he was not willing to explore, after having cancelled the original installation date), he refused to do the work as the project was too small to bother with. Imagine, an entirely new kitchen in a condominium being too small a project. If a situation arises where you must hire this contractor, think again, as he is sure to let you down and be arrogant in doing so, the same way he let me down.
