We thought we did our homework, got a few quotes, asked the
right questions, and did not settle for the lowest quoted moving
company, inital meeting went very well with the owner of the
company. We gave $300 deposit, were reassured that a move on a
Sunday was not an issue, actually the extact words was PREFERRABLE,
long story short, moving day, 3 hrs late and no phone calls, we
make some calls and no one is answering the call finally 5 hrs
passes and another company shows up to move us wanting money up
front and in cash. All in all the new company was great fast
forward a week later when I finally get a hold of the owner of
M & M movers and he said he does not have to apologize, he was
a godly man and did not do moves on Sunday.

This was a mistake made by my office, the reservation got mixed up, we do moves on Sunday's on a regular basis. Based on the customer's reaction, we sent a crew and told the customer it was another mover, we feared not getting paid. The move went well with no problems , the customer states this in their "complaint". The customer was very unreasonable, they were NOT overcharged.
