M And M Movers

This is a false claim, we moved this customer satisfactory, she tipped the movers. The movers were very polite to her at all times, they had no reason to be rude to her, no other reviews says this about the movers, she is trying to create trouble. I was not polite to her after she was very rude to me and her false statements, I believe making false statements on the internet should be a crime. There was a problem in moving her piano up 3 flights of stairs at her new house, she agreed to hire piano movers (I originally said we could do it, but it was too difficult)about 2 weeks later she called me and said she changed her mind and wanted me to pay for the piano movers. She also made it very clear she didn't care I am a preacher and doesn't care that over 20,000 children die every day due to lack of food and water. I gave her a guaranteed quote, and nothing was damaged. This is a false claim, I don't know for sure who this is. We do take deposits. I did offer to refund a customer several months ago their deposit even though they cancelled about 2 days before their move at month end, the customer went crazy when I said it takes 30 days. This was a mistake made by my office, the reservation got mixed up, we do moves on Sunday's on a regular basis. Based on the customer's reaction, we sent a crew and told the customer it was another mover, we feared not getting paid. The move went well with no problems , the customer states this in their "complaint". The customer was very unreasonable, they were NOT overcharged.
