Serge was very helpful and thorough in detailing what work would be done and with recommendations based on the idiosyncrasies of my property.
Due to the nature of my home there were some issues encountered during the actual project, but Serge was able to come up with reasonable solutions. Fortunately, I was not charged more for the extra work.
Despite his company's busy schedule, I'm glad that I did not feel rushed during the estimate process nor the scheduled work days.
He was very easy to talk to and any time I needed something done he responded with courtesy.
