They sold us an AC+Furnace combo, they made a lot of promises of how the system would perform, specifically in the attic. System performed poorly. When I contacted them AFTER their "home evaluation" aka, sales pitch, they said I need more duct work in the house..even after they promised it would function 100% post "home evaluation". They have a Total Home Comfort guarantee which isnt valid, I tried to claim that and they said it applies to the equipment and not our comfort???? then we tried to claim their $500 no frustration guarantee, but were told that applies to the equipment malfunction and not performance???? The system did not save us money on our hydro as PROMISED!!! nothing but excuses from reliance. Horrible service and care from start to finish. Lots of promises but be very careful, lots of false statements.
