we received a service call from Joey D, tech # 0977 today. Our hot water stopped working last night, and he was able to fit us into his afternoon schedule at the last minute, which was greatly appreciated as we have a small baby in the house and were missing the hot water a lot!
Joey was polite, respectful of our home and keeping it clean (wearing boot covers, using blankets etc) and efficient. Within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem, and eventually wound up installing a new hot water tank for us. He was in an out in just over an hour and within an hour after that, we had hot water again. This was by far one of the most pleasant service visits I have experienced in my memory. Thank you, Joey.
