This review is about *Tech: RNT2602 OTTO not about Reliance as a company. (the tech was great the company I will never work with again).
Otto came out to my property to move a water heater so I could have the foundation behind it fixed. He was speedy and even requested the call back so he could put the heater back on the wall after the repairs were done. Otto was very speedy and understanding of my difficult situation.
