Stephen F from Reliance have done a great job. Courteous and timely. He provided additional suggestions on how to have clean air and maintain the furnace work with high efficiency.
Last time I had my HVAC serviced, I had some surprises as they tried to upsell and made me feel vulnerable / helpless. It sounded like I have the worst possible HVAC. Stephen did a through check and explained how / what of the system and assured me of the efficiency.
