Woke up this morning with no heat. Called into Reliance and spoke to Diane who was very pleasant and helpful. She suggested resetting the furnace for 5 minutes, and she also scheduled a repair technician for this morning. Unfortunately the reset did not work, but at least the repair visit was already scheduled. Jason (Team member 3172) arrived within an hour or 2 of my call. He was also very pleasant and professional. He replaced a part, and answered all of my questions. Our furnace is 23 years old, so probably time to start thinking about replacing it. Jason and I had a long discussion on some of our options, something we will look at in the coming months.
But for now we have heat again, thanks Diane & Jason!
