Reliance may be ok to deal with if you're purchasing a furnace/ac etc but trying to return a water heater was a joke. I called 4 days in a row, was on hold for over 20 minutes x 2, told they would call me back (and didn't) and hung up on before i actually got someone that could help me....only to be talked down to about how i should have called them earlier about upgrading our water heater. They're still making it difficult for us to return because I don't have an account number with them and I haven't seen any sort of 'agreement' with them since we just moved in our home. That kind of service doesn't sit well with me at all.
