I inherited a hot water rental contract with this company.

So the hot water goes completely cold the other day. We call the company to come fix the hot water tank we rent. Someone comes out and replaces something. They tell us in 45 minutes we will have hot water.

4 hours later, no hot water.

They come back again, replacing more parts of the hot water heater this time. They tell us there isn't enough gas, and that we need to have Enbridge come and check the gas.

Great, we wait another day until the gas company can come.

Gas company (good ol' Enbridge) fails to show up for the first appointment and then the next day, says NOTHING WRONG WITH THE GAS.

Reliance then says they will come today between 7 and 11 to replace the tank. NOBODY SHOWS UP.

Make another appointment for 4pm. Sure hope they show up!

My parents had to take time off work, what an epic epic waste of everyone's' time, including Enbridge's.

Then, they called me to see if I wanted to sign up for their furnace maintenance program.
