Good Service, but pay attention
We currently rent our water heater, furnace and AC throught Reliance. Their service when repairing or installing equipment is very good. WE had our water heater crack and flood our basement and they were there within 30 min to install a new one.
HOWEVER, you always need to double check your statements. I find I have to call all the time with errors in my bill. If you change something on the website, it doesn't seem to be connected to the system when you call in. I set up the automatic payments, then they call and say I don't have my credit card on file, then the next month I have 2 charges on my credit card! I somehow has 2 web accounts made when I first signed up for their service and then I was double billed for quite a few months.
Also, I have been paying with my Amex for over two years then all of a sudden they stop accepting Amex when I get a new card and need to update my information. Good companies should be adding convenience for their customers, not taking away options.
