Took to Twitter after some period of frustration with replacing some parts in a non-functioning water boiler that I rent. Was quickly contacted and scheduled for a tech visit on the same day. Was in contact with Reliance constantly over the next 3 days as they scheduled 2 more tech visits for diagnosis and part replacement. Very satisfied with the level of communication and the professionalism by the tech.
Thank you, Caitlin and Carl for your help in getting my home heated again!
As a last word, I would hope that the standard call-center would be as helpful on a regular basis, as I had to endure some months of being ignored before I took to Twitter.
