Mike from Reliance is a highly responsive account executive who took the time to meet, answer questions, provide options and more. On top of that, he gracefully let us change our contract, to better fit our requirements. The team who came to install the furnace arrived on time, were friendly, provided top notch work, were self-reliant and efficient. They came, did what needed to be done and explained the system when they were finished. Overall, a great experience and we now have an ultra-high efficiency furnace, and a wifi-enabled thermostat. Very nice.
