my move was handled easily and without incident. I found our contact, Sarah, to be great and customer oriented. They packaged all my artwork, tv's, and mirrors and not a single piece was broken or damaged.
I did pay for extra insurance on my expensive pieces of furniture and some artwork. I also paid for my artwork, etc to be cartonned. All in all a good experience.
