Reassured us that they did not use subcontracted crews or moving vehicles. Driver arrived with filthy hands, and a dirty, unmarked van(no company logo).Driver admitted that he was a subcontracted employee.Driver did not review Bill of Lading properly.
We were told by Premiere that our RVP 'insurance' had been waived,a change which we did not authorize or approve. We later discovered that their offices had erred.
Fortunately, we had a strong paper trail and Premiere eventually reimbursed us in part for our losses following a lengthy and stressful process. Overall, a very stressful experience from the get go. We reccomend that you check with the BBB, the Canadian Association of Movers (CAM) and the following website prior to signing any contract-if your questions are evaded, and your internal red flags are raised, walk away:
