This is the second time we have called on Troy’s services from GTA WR&PC. The first time was in 2010 when a female raccoon + litter were living in our attic. This time around (sept 2012), a couple of raccoons just started ripping out the vents to get in. Troy takes a lot of pride in his repeat customers. So he came promptly and put the trap door on and fixed all the vents.
Troy already won our repeat business the first time around. But we thought this second time he went well beyond our expectations. We had another issue he took care of when he came back for the trap door. So that was much appreciated. But he was not done! The next day it rained and we had a small roof leak. We thought it might have been the raccoons again. As soon as we reported this, Troy came back for another visit promptly and fixed the leak even though it turned out it had nothing to do with the raccoons.
