Troy is a real pro and takes the time to explain his process. I've hired Troy in the past to get rid of squirrels in my attic. He added a 1-way door and then sealed it up after they were gone. Fast forward a couple of years and I thought I heard them back. He came back, checked the whole roof, didn't see any areas of entry and determined that they were mice. This was confirmed with some pictures from the attic. So we baited it.

Troy came as we heard animals above our family room, were not sure if it was squirrels or raccoons. Turned out to be raccoons and when he got in ther the momma just had babies. He got her out of there and then brought the 6 babies out. I was very impressed with his work and he is also a very good guy. Highly recommended!

I called the co to get advice about birds crawling into our air vents
Troy was attentive gave advice on how to repair and fix the problem
He showed up with all the right tools and by the time he left, I was blown away by his professional attitude and expertise

Early mornings I was awaken by thumping noise in my attic. It sounded like a toddler was walking around. I kinda ignored it for a few days. Upon inspection of the soffit there were 2 corners of the roof soffit that showed 2 gaping holes. As referred by my son-in-law, I called GTA Wildlife and spoke with Troy the same day. Troy arrived the next morning as promised and assessed the situation. He explained the procedure in details and started the job immediately. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Head noise in the ceiling which I thought was an animal and called GTA Wildlife Removal . Troy came the next day and scoped the outside of the house and investigated inside of the house to determine the cause. He set up baits around the house which should solve the issue. Very happy this problem was addressed by an expert. Troy is very experienced and friendly.

Hired to remove raccoons. Troy mentioned to add drip edges. I accepted. Drip edges did not fully cover the entire house. Ran out of materials left wood exposed. Found out few years later (mothers house) after Pandemic so here’s a review for poor business practices and a dishonest person. Sent photos of spots where it was covered but not the portions where wood is exposed. Beware.
