A happy returning customer, bought all the lights for my first home from Lite mode . Lot to chose from both from design and price point .First time it was Sylvia who helped with the whole process and this time it was Ping who made this experience worth remembering . We also used the store recommended light fixtures installer Daniel , and it was a pleasure working with him and his helper buddy .
For the second purchase we needed lights for the whole house around 40 + in number .Ping made sure they had everything in stock and available . The day when Daniel picked all the lights the boxes were marked with stickers and picture where the lights were supposed to go , very very thoughtful of her . the whole experience was stress free. The lights were of high quality and just what i was looking for .Constantly get compliments on them ,Highly recommend the store . Thank you Lite mode .

I went to this store as our new house obviously needed fixtures. We bought 6 fixtures and one of the six just didn't fit our decor. I went back to the store and pleaded with them to take it back and even offered to give them money to redo the wiring bc my husband had already cut the wires. They wouldn't budge or offer some kind of solution. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not even happy with the sales associate who helped us as she seemed to have known nothing about anything. It was as If she was taken from the street to help with their sales event.

Rick McAnsh has excellent expertise in LED lighting. He can provide guidance on planning and installing LED flexible light strips and power supply drivers. We had an Electrical Standards Authority inspection on our new kitchen reno. The first item that the inspector checked was the certification of the power supply driver, since there are a lot of poor quality products coming into the country that will not pass inspection. We passed! The light strip provides a very bright, dimmable and even warm lighting over our kitchen counters.

My fiancee and I went to Litemode and picked up some really nice lights for excellent prices during their Boxing Week sale (2007).

We picked up a floor model (last one) for 1/3 of the original price and their electrician, Mario, did an amazing job with adding on custom glass leaves for no extra cost. Their regular prices are on the upper end, but they do have quite a big selection and they carry very nice lights.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but a little slow when it comes to actually making the purchase. All in all, it's been a great experience. I'd definitely check their store out again!
