the store personnel were fabulous. They were very knowledgeable in the products. The wood product came tightly packaged and needed more time to acclimatized than expected. It was an inconvenience. The installers were very experienced and professional. I was very satisfied with the overall finished product. If you order wood, just be sure to add more planning time to the project.
