This company was really great to work with. The sales rep, Heather, was very knowledgeable and helped me with questions I didn't know to ask. She was very prompt to get back to me by email or phone. The installer, Tim, is exceptionally talented. He worked so hard. Because he worked on our driveway, our neighbors were able to watch him and commented that he "just never stopped". He completed the installation in 2 days, stayed until he was completely happy with the finished product and cleaned up after himself. The strainers (from a different company) commented on the quality of Tim's workmanship. Would recommend this company, without hesitation.

Spindle Factory came out and took a non functioning gate and made one for me that works - it stays closed !!! I absolutely adore a guy there by the name of Andy!!! He is amazing and I'm so impressed with him I'm entrusting him with my very complicated curved staircase! I can't wait!!!!! Someone who gets my vision!

The owner was very kind and accommodating. We had a lot of questions and he definitely took his time in answering every single one. The installers were very respectful of the home and very polite. They finished the job in one day (estimated 3 days). The end product was beautiful and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend spindle Factory!

We visited many suppliers, but settled on Spindle Factory because of their interest in helping us find what we were looking for, giving us good advice after checking our home, and making us feel very comfortable with our choice ( thank you Lorelie ). Installation was completed professionally and on time. Staining and coating the oak was not my specialty, and the Spindle Factory went the extra mile finding us a professional that added the WOW to the final product.

Spindle Factory installed a new railing to our home this year. The installer was very pleasant. We had an issue with one of the wood plugs being more noticeable and they sent someone out right away to replace. Great service after the install was complete.

The stair railing I had made by the Spindle Factory recently is fantastic. People are always commenting on how lovely it is. Everything about my experience with this project from the level of customer service in the showroom to the quality of the product to the top notch installation was outstanding. I highly reccomend the Spindle Factory. What a great team!

the in store support was fabulous. The communication was great. The installers were perfectionists. They did an excellent job with the railings. They were professional and friendly. It was pricy, but well worth it for the quality and the reliability.

They put a nice banister, very high quality, high end railing. They were a married couple that came in and did the install. They are very sturdy. High quality oak. I highly recommend them.
