Rob and Helen were an amazing team and exactly the type of general contractors we were looking for. They are honest, trustworthy and professional. Even all the various trades people that they used were excellent. It was very important for them to understand our vision for the kitchen and what we were looking for in the renovation. They helped along in the planning and layout, giving us tips and insights along the way. Throughout the whole process from planning to completion we always felt that Rob and Helen had everything under control. They provided us with timelines for various stages of the renovation and, aside from some unforeseen circumstances that they could not have really planned for, everything went smoothly and according to plan. The worksite was always kept as clean as possible and every day after they or trades people had worked on the reno, they made sure to clean and organize the area. That was highly appreciated. One thing that I particularly appreciated about Rob and Helen was that we genuinely felt that they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. Any time that we wanted something changed, altered or added, they were happy to accommodate. We are thrilled with the finished product and any time that we want to have something else done again to our house, they will be the first number we call.

Elite was one of the many companies that we received quotes from. They were the most expensive but due to the presentation of the quote from Raffi, the many positive references provided online and by Elite, we felt confident that they would do the best job. The job from start to finish took a long time, but much of that was due to weather. Every time anyone from Elite was on the job site at our house, they were professional, polite and accommodating. In the end, we are extremely happy with the work that they di and would have no trouble recommending them.
