I had a window wall installed in 2019 and the rubber gasket at the entry door had become unglued. I called in for a repair team and they were able to come within a couple of days. The technician was pleasant, identified the issue and repaired it immediately. Great stuff!
Home Depot Online - Illume Puck Lights Order
Ordered a set of 5 Illume under counter puck lights for my kitchen from Home Depot online. I was looking for a hardwired solution as I was replacing 3 older strip fixtures. I had bought the junction boxes in store but couldn't find the compatible lights. I went to 2 HD because they indicated they had what I needed in stock. Unfortunately, their stock was misidentified and the set in store was not compatible with the junction boxes, so I decided to order online in the hopes that I would get sent the correct item. It worked out as I received them directly from the manufacturer. Finally had time to install them - all is good!
Window Replacement and Window Wall Installation
I had 3 basement windows and 1 bedroom window that needed replacing and changed French doors to my backyard with a window wall. The initial sales call was professional and educational. Communications with Magic Windows was very responsive. I was surprised how quickly the installation went as I assumed it would take most of the day. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. I love my new window wall!
