We recently upgraded to the innovative crankless windows from Magic Windows, and we are thrilled with the results! These windows are designed for easy cleaning and feature an amazing retractable bug screen. The installation team was outstanding they worked quickly, were extremely polite, and ensured that all debris was cleaned up. Although the windows are a bit on the pricier side, their quality makes them well worth the investment. Sarah and I are building our dream home and required a custom 12X8 patio door. We met with Lior (Director of Magic) to verify he was able to manufacture the door to our specs. He asked if we had already purchased windows and that he would like to give us a demonstration. We had researched several window companies but hadnt confirmed any purchases yet. We were reluctant at first to have the demonstration but gave in and following Liors presentation, we were convinced that Magic had the windows for our home. Akash was in charge of the installation. He and his team were very professional and polite. The install went absolutely flawless and within the promised time.

From consultation to installation and then follow up service, Magic Windows was a dream to work with. They installers had the windows removed and installed (with trim and blinds) of our total three story house by 5:00 pm. A very courteous team that even vacuumed the house before they left to make sure they did not leave any mess behind.
Windows are a big investment and Magic Windows are probably a little more than average. But the quality, service and the tech of having the blinds and screens roll into the frame is amazing. And on top of that a fantastic warranty.
Our house was normally quite dark with windows on only the south and north side. The lack of having screens in front of them has definitely brightened our house.

We purchased the window wall in 2021 but, as it was on the upper floor of our house, we had to wait till we did our deck to be able to open the doors. We finally did our deck this year and were able to open and use the window wall!! OMG it is fantastic!! Initially it was a bit stiff and so we called Customer Service (great service was provide on the phone) and they sent a technician over within a few days. Milap was great! He was very knowledgeable on the product, "greased" it up to have it running smoothly and even showed us some tips and trick for opening and closing the window wall and the screens!! I love it and it just adds the finishing touch to our deck!! Very classy and chic. It was the icing on the cake...my husband and I are very satisfied and now wondering how we can get this same window wall when we retire and move back to the Caribbean!!
