As the temperatures dropped in the fall, I discovered my furnace wasnt coming on. I hadnt needed it all summer so realize earlier that there was an issue. Distinct had installed this new furnace relatively recently, and I have had their technician Ed out for annual maintenance since then, so I wasnt overly concerned. I assumed the issue would be a quick and easy fix. I called Distinct and they quickly put me in their Service queue. Ed arrived right on time, and we were shocked to discover my furnace issues were likely caused by someone deliberately vandalizing the equipment. Its a bit of a story around thissuffice to say Ed, working with (owner) Nate, was able to quickly and efficiently get my furnace repaired and operating safely and reliably. The damage caused to my furnace was extensive and repairs were going to be expensive. I knew that but very much appreciated Eds advocacy on my behalf with Nate, and Nates understanding, support and willingness to work with me to get my furnace fixed and operating in a safe and reliable manner at a very reasonable cost. I was glad to originally have selected Distinct Heating and Cooling for my new furnace and was extremely impressed with their workmanship and attention to detail on the install. I am even more impressed now by their on-going customer service and support. Ed didnt just fix my furnace, he worked with me to find a reasonable, cost-effective solution to the problem, then conducted the required repairs quickly and efficiently. Distinct Heating and Cooling will continue to be my HVAC company of choice.
