Seal-it renovated our porch and driveway a few years ago. Since they did such a great job, we called them back for our patio project. We had a large wood deck that had become a maintenance nightmare. It was sinking, rotting and termites were damaging the wood. It also had an awkward design that didnt allow us to use the space to its full capacity. After years of fixing it we were ready for a change. Enter Seal-it. Alex designed a stone patio for us, complete with a retaining wall to address terrain issues, and cascading steps with built in lighting. He also landscaped our backyard by removing old shrubs and planting Cedars, with intercalated lighting that brightens the space at night. The crew showed up promptly every morning and finished the project within the estimated budget and timeline. Any arising issues (such as replacing a rotten fence pole) were brought to our attention early and options to solve them were discussed and agreed upon. Our patio looks ten times better! We now have a large functional space with a BBQ area, a seating area, and open space for whatever we need that day. We are enjoying our patio very much and are happy to recommend Seal-It to our friends.

Continental Bros turned our cave of a basement into a beautiful, bright and airy space. We now have an extra 900 sqft of living space! Which includes: 1) a pretty large open space, with extra shelving on a nook, 2) a bedroom that comfortably fits a queen size bed, two large night stands and a good size reach-in closet, 3) a three-piece bathroom with high quality finishes and a tempered glass door for the shower, 4) an enveloped "machine room", 5) a large storage closet, and 6) additional storage space under the stairs. Victor and his team delivered on the agreed-upon timeline, stayed on budget, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. The team was professional and polite at all times. Excellent work ethics. They worked usually Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with Victor staying behind on occasion to show us the progress, discuss challenges and/or check with us if a decision was needed. The painter was even willing to work on a weekend to accelerate completion, because they were aware of our required timeline. Victor prepared our quote, offered helpful suggestions to improve the use of the space, and provided a reality check for some of the ideas we had for the basement. He continually communicated via e-mail or text messages if anything needed to be discussed. Since Continental Bros did such a great job with the basement we even engaged them for other repairs/upgrades around the house and they offered us very reasonable costs. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Would I use them again? Yes. We have some other home projects in our To Do list and will definitely contact Continental Bros in the future for them. Thanks Victor and Continental Bros!
