Long: We contacted Seal-It to do renovations on our front porch and driveway area. We were tired and frustrated by the previous work that had been done.

From the very start to the very end, Alex was nothing but courteous and helpful. He was engaged throughout the design process, helping us bring our vision to life. He was always available to answer our many questions and more than willing to work with you to accommodate any requests.

Everything was shared regarding their process from the very start. Each step as written in their Construction Guide was delivered in practice. Alex and his team were meticulous in every aspect of the work, and it was completed in a timely manner. Alex was there every day. He's not a contractor that will just send a team after he collects your deposit- he's right there, guiding the process and putting in the work himself.

It has been an absolute great experience to work with Alex and his team. They care about your project and listen to your needs, stick to the schedule and get it done the way that you want. Seal-it renovated our porch and driveway a few years ago. Since they did such a great job, we called them back for our patio project. We had a large wood deck that had become a maintenance nightmare. It was sinking, rotting and termites were damaging the wood. It also had an awkward design that didnt allow us to use the space to its full capacity. After years of fixing it we were ready for a change. Enter Seal-it. Alex designed a stone patio for us, complete with a retaining wall to address terrain issues, and cascading steps with built in lighting. He also landscaped our backyard by removing old shrubs and planting Cedars, with intercalated lighting that brightens the space at night. The crew showed up promptly every morning and finished the project within the estimated budget and timeline. Any arising issues (such as replacing a rotten fence pole) were brought to our attention early and options to solve them were discussed and agreed upon.
Our patio looks ten times better! We now have a large functional space with a BBQ area, a seating area, and open space for whatever we need that day. We are enjoying our patio very much and are happy to recommend Seal-It to our friends.

We found Seal It on Home Stars and made the right choice in hiring them to replace our front steps and refit and level patio pavers after a parging job. Alex and his crew did an amazing job, installing new natural stone front steps and fixing up our old paver patio. Everyone worked so hard! I wanted a BBQ pad in my backyard, and my current interlocking Is 30yrs old, was faded, dull and full of weeds. I also had old scallop cement borders around my flower beds and veggie garden that I wanted replaced, I decided to choose Alex and his team to redo the flower beds and veggie garden with new curbs, which I wanted to be stepped because of grading, build the BBQ pad and power wash, sand and seal the existing interlock and repair and level some spots. I was really pleased to deal with Alex, he is very professional, courteous and true to his word, he was able to keep close to the Budget I had, worked with my ideas and made suggestions. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing. He followed up with me during the different stages of the work. Alex and his team are very hard working and reliable, pleasant, and friendly. Alex provided me with answers to my questions, either same day or next morning. The end result was amazing and brought the old interlock back to life, the new flower beds look awesome and the stepped look really works. His suggestion for a walkway to my shed also really turned out well. It was a pleasure and easy to deal with Alex, I highly recommend The Seal it Group, I plan on using Alex for future projects. Alexander came to inspect our backyard to provide a quote. He is easy to deal with, polite and very professional. The price he quoted is reasonable.
His team; Ben and Randy are hard woking individuals & trustworthy. They dont waste time.
They did a fantastic work in cleaning and removing the wild weeds growing between the stones, applied the polymeric sand and the next day they completed the job by applying the sealant. They also did minor repairs on the go and cleaned before leaving.
