Peter provided a home inspection in 2007. He was very thorough, provided some very useful advice, and also some recommended trades people to do required work. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
Bryan was recommended and came to do some electrical work which was required by a home inspector. He showed up on time, and did quality work for a reasonable price.
Purchase and install of gas fireplace, furnace
In a word - awful. We chose Sears vs. a small local fireplace company (big mistake) largely because the sales guy promised, among other things, that the gas line could be installed internally. When the installers came they shook their heads and said not a chance. Furthermore, the installers on the furnace job ripped a hole in my ceiling and ran ugly water hosing to my basement sink, all without my clearing it first. I had no luck chasing the sales guy after the fact. I'd *never* recommend Sears.
