We had Oliva carpet cleaning come to clean our carpets. I was expecting a more professional job to be done. The carpets did get cleaned, but it was not professional at all.

Paul came to clean our ducts and did a great job! He was professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. He paid special attention not to scratch anything with his equipment. He was also on time and our ducts look great now! Overall, I would recommend him to others based on cost, value and friendliness.

We booked The Duct Cleaning Specialists after reviewing their profile and the many positive reviews on HomeStars.com. I also reviewed the company's website and spoke with Paul on the phone who spent the time to explain exactly what they did and what they didn't do. Paul arrived at the time he had indicated (9am) and immediately went to work. I showed him where everything was and he explained everything in detail to me prior to starting any work. He explained where he would need to cut out holes in the duct work (first time the ducts were cleaned) and drew them out before cutting them. He was very professional and courteous and took his shoes off when walking throughout the house as we had requested. After everything was completed, he cleaned up after himself and completed the job in the time he mentioned to me (2-3 hours). I asked him about servicing the furnace and he said it was not necessary to service it just yet and just cleaned it by blowing the dust out. He saved us some money doing so. His recommendation was to get a service plan with the company who provides us gas as it would be slightly more expensive, but would come with a warranty for our furnace at the same time. So even though he offers the service, he advised us to something that was in our own best interest and not necessarily his best interest. Overall, Paul was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend him and The Duct Cleaning Specialists!
