Jeff arrived at my house on schedule for the first job. He quickly fixed a slow leak from our kitchen faucet. He didn't charge for this job because he had installed the faucet 14 months earlier and told me that other clients had similar problems with that particular brand. Jeff was able to come back two days later to replace an old toilet (after every flush, the water would only stop once the float ball in the tank was raised) and unclog our bathroom sink (water was slow to drain). We're very happy with the service and professionalism that Jeff has shown and would recommend The Great Plumbing Co to anyone.

Over the years, the mechanism on the side door of my house had shifted and I would have to turn the knob a few times before the door would open. Dimitar arrived when he said he would and quickly replaced the lock on the side door of my house. It's working fine now. Dimitar also opened a locked filing cabinet whose keys were misplaced. Christopher installed an outdoor antenna on top of our roof with an amplifier on August 7. Prior to that, we used three indoor antennas to connect our TVs and would pick up all the Toronto channels and two from Buffalo (CBS and The CW). With the outdoor antenna, we now get about 30 channels and sub-channels, including the Buffalo networks. While we're only able to get NBC about half of the time (it's a weaker signal), this may be due to the location of our house. Overall, we're very happy with the service that Christopher provided. He went up and down a few times to get the best signal possible. We would recommend Dr. Antenna to anyone who is interested in cutting the cable.
