This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their extended warranty is garbage. The products they sell are also garbage. I bought an above range Electrolux Microwave/ventilation unit that was nothing but trouble and dangerous. After two years Electrolux finally said I could return the unit for store credit. This time I bought a Elica rangehood no microwave, still garbage. The baffles don't sit straight and the the top surface is dented from manufacturing. I have had enough of this company.

Please know all functional issues with appliances needs to go through the manufacturer directly, we do offer a one year manufacturer warranty with all appliances for the first year.
We also do offer an extended warranty that is optional with a third party company called W3. It is very unfortunate that your two separate appliances arrived with issues, please know we do receive our appliances directly from the manufacturer.
