In 2020, I engaged Rakaul Home Renos. Ltd. to get my deck renovated including the deck roof which had shingles. I would NEVER hire these people to do any job around my house. I was thinking that I would get them to do my backyard fence. Hell no!! Not after how badly they did the skirts around my deck and most importantly my roof deck which leaks like a sieve when it rains. Since 2020 -after they completed the work, the roof has leaked and I have been calling and texting them (numerous times..... no reponses or delayed response after a couple of weeks.... promises to fix the problem... promises and more promises. I am extremely disappointed and upset. They are not professionals and I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE........

They were unable to repair/replace the control panel on my Whirlpool Washer over two week ago. The total cost they quoted was $600. I paid them an advance of $300 with the balance to be paid after the job was done. They failed and were to refund me $230 after deducting $70 for labour. Two weeks ago I called regarding the refund and was told that a cheque of $230 was mailed. Last week no cheques arrived so I called last night and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. No one called back. Today Sept. 25th I called them again at 2:30pm and was told by the girl there that she would let the Business Manager know and they would get back to me. It's now 9:11pm and no call. This company goes not keep to their word and are not truthful. I will never recommend them to anyone. The attached recipt proves my case. I want the Business Manager to call me as soon as possible.... no excuses
