Yurii and Roman were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We and our neighbour wanted new black aluminum railings on our stairs to replace the rusted iron railings the builder put in - along with updating 2 + 1 round wood columns that we share with the neighbour (total of 5 columns) to be boxed with black aluminum to match the railings. After getting several quotes, AlumaLux was one of the least expensive. Believe it or not, some companies wanted double the price of AlumaLux. They came out to measure and gave us a window of about 3 weeks for the install and they were ready in 2. Installed in one day and with the exception of one small fix which they came back to do a few weeks later, it was perfect. So glad we went with AlumaLux. Everyone keeps complementing the job - some other neighbours were getting quotes too. Thanks guys!

After calling several companies for quotes, we felt most comfortable going with Eldar and his team at Proper Construction. We had issues with neighbours wanting a new fence and then not which slowed us down and while that happened, lumber prices continued to go up. We also had to get the locates done which was slowed due to the pandemic. However, once we had the go ahead, Eldar and his team came within a couple of days and were finished in less than a week due to some rain and a weekend. Proper Construction had some of the best prices and the quality is really good. Even the fact that the screw in the frame is so much nicer than most companies that nail them in. Very satisfied and will contact Eldar for any future jobs and would most certainly recommend to anyone else out there looking for great value. Thanks again guys, great job!

We contacted AquaDry Technologies after emailing a few different people concerning a leak we had in our basement. It started last year after the frost-quakes and had quite a lot of water coming in from a corner of our foundation maybe 2 -3 feet above the floor. Mark was one of the first people to get back to us and the only one that really explained the process very thoroughly and showed us videos on how it's all done. Many others wanted us to wait until the spring thaw to dig outside and gave us prices that were ridiculous. Mark made us feel comfortable and explained that we were in expert hands especially when he explained that it came with a 25 year guarantee. The cost was also about 15% of what it would it would be if we would have dug outside. I gave Mark's contact to our contractor who was skeptical at first because of his "old-school" approach but is now a believer in this technology. We have also mentioned it to several other friends and neighbours so that if they have an issue in the future, he will be the first person they call. Well done Mark, great product, service and you're a really nice guy too. Thank you for following up as well.

I wrote a very angry review on November 11 describing the state of things before we received our appliances. However, I am very happy to say that Aris and his team rose to the occasion from that point onward. Customer service is very important in the retail industry and Aris was not only a good business man but a gentleman as well. The delivery of our appliances was great Alex and team were on time, very careful with our products and were very knowledgable and courteous. I also received a follow up phone call form Aris himself along with a written apology form his team. Although our experience wasn't the best it could be, Canadian Appliance Source came through in the end and made this purchase an acceptable one instead of a potential disaster. Please note: The prices were fantastic (couldn't be beaten) and the appliances are also great. top quality, no problems and they look great! Thank you Aris for taking care of my family and I. -Dave
