I was having challenges with a contractor on a bathroom renovation and needed an electrician to help. Go electric was not only knowledgeable and able to problem solve, but also came and quickly completed the installation. This will be my go-to for electrical work.

TL;DR: Major issues with the shower glass installation required replacement by another company within a month of project completion. Mujo defends poor workmanship and blames the client when issues are pointed out. Would not rehire. // Did the job get done? Almost. Would I recommend this company to anyone I know? No. Here's why... PROS: (1) The tiling work is well done. (2) Mujo has bath and tile stores he can recommend where they have lots of selection. (3) Mujo picks up the tile. (4) The team works neatly. // CONS (not an exhaustive list): (1) Prior to the reno, my tiles were flush with the hardwood floor so no transition metal was needed. Post-reno I have a transition piece. (2) Mujo does not have the skill to install glass showers and yet did not subcontract it out. Absolutely do not allow them to install glass - the caulking is atrocious, it permanently discoloured my marble, and the brackets are placed entirely wrong. There were half-inch gaps on either side of both shower doors and the doors were not aligned with the adjacent panel. Within a month of completion, I had a glass installer replace one of the glass panels and the shower doors in both bathrooms (before and after photos attached). Two separate glass companies have seen the work and noted that they've never seen anything like it. (3) Every single minute detail must be in the SOW otherwise Mujo will say he does not remember discussing it and blame the client. For example, during quotation I mentioned to Mujo (and all other contractors) that the exhaust fan must be on its own switch. On four separate occasions after that I made clear which light switch should control which lights / exhaust fan (including a drawn diagram), it was still a point that I had to insist be done correctly. He tried to tell me that I did not mention that additional wiring would be necessary. I am not an electrician; as the client I provide the requirements and expect the general contractor to identify the solution and quote accordingly. Additionally, my original shower had a tiled ceiling and when I noticed the new shower did not, Mujo said it would be an additional cost because it was not explicitly stated in the SOW. Hence why I recommend putting every single seemingly obvious thing in the SOW. (4) Mujo proceeds with work without verifying with the client. For example, reducing a bulkhead was part of the quote. He closed up the bulkhead without reducing it nor discussing the change with the client first. I highly recommend having daily discussions with him about the plan for the day if you do hire this company to avoid repeat work and additional costs. (5) The quote included a "detailed clean" which did not happen...at all. Not only were all of the bathroom surfaces still dusty, but there was a black patch of grime on the door where the contractors had repeatedly touched. While not a big deal, it should not be in the quote if it isn't going to happen. (6) Mujo defends substandard work and speaks to the client in ways that are disrespectful. There is a level of professionalism and ownership that is completely lacking. // IN SUMMARY, do not recommend. I have had several major renovations done in multiple properties and there are fundamental pieces, both in quality of work and customer service, that I cannot overlook and would not recommend for anyone else.

Needed a few outlets looked at. Ali quickly identified the problem and stuck to his quote, which was very reasonable. I plan to have it back to replace my panel. Nice guy, easy to work with, and knows his craft.

My furnace kept shutting off before it could warm the house. Tony was able to come the very next day and assess. Turns out I needed a new furnace and the team came the following day and had the unit replaced in no time. The work was quick, relatively quiet, and clean. Get company and easy to work with -definitely recommend.

Moe was incredible from beginning to end. My biggest qualm with contractors is always poor communication and Moe was so refreshing because he was responsive, helpful, and had great ideas. Before I could appreciate his work (which is exceptional), I could tell he was a person of good character. I replaced carpet in my master bedroom, stairs, and entire second floor with hardwood flooring. The second floor wood is a different colour than the main floor and so Moe made my stairs (treads and risers) transition perfectly between both floors. He also installed vents throughout my home made of the same wood of each floor so theyre near undetectable unless youre right above them - I had never seen this before and its such a luxurious touch. His workmanship speaks for itself - only years of experience with multiple different project can develop the eye and process Moe has. Finally, Moe works clean and tidied up after himself. I cannot recommend him enough. Youre making a choice youll thank yourself for in hiring him. I already know Ill be having him back to finish my basement.

I had Radoslav fix my backyard sliding door when I was selling my last home, so when it came time to install a smartlock at my new home, I knew immediately who I would call. Looking forward to having him back to instal new handles on two exterior doors.

I sold my house and needed to do a few repairs before turning it over to the new owner. Radoslav responded quickly to my request to have my sliding patio door lock repaired and was able to assess it with pictures in advance of arriving. We were originally scheduled for Thursday, but he was able to come a day earlier on Wednesday. He quoted me and stuck to his quoted price and he was in and out within 30 minutes. Great guy, great service, I highly, highly recommend!

From the earliest interactions with Natanael, and eventually his team, I have been anticipating writing this review. From my experience, contractors have a bad rap and have proven to be unreliable and so I was half anticipating the same with NPC, but they are exceptional in every way and I cannot wait to have them back for future projects. I had NPC complete a 1000 sqft basement that was completely unfinished except for some framing and very poor DIY electrical and plumbing work. He was able to see the property, quote, and schedule my job within a couple weeks. Finalizing the contract was smooth and it was always easy to communicate any issues or concerns. Natanael always works towards a solution and is reasonable in the sharing of costs if changes come up throughout the project. His team was professional, kind, very efficient, and always maintained a clean work site. The only reason I did not give a perfect 10 is because the project ran a bit longer than planned and we experienced hiccups in the finishing stages; however, this was also during Ontario's umpteenth COVID stay-at-home order, which added to the challenge of receiving items like door knobs, etc.

I had 2 egress windows installed in my basement. This company stood out from the rest from beginning to end. Instead of simply throwing out a number (like every other company I reached out to) George took the time to come to my home, explain how the windows work and the options available. He was knowledgeable and had answers to ever question. He also walked through my basement and made note of any obstructions that would need to be considered during installation. His team was at my home within two weeks and they were professional, respectful, and extremely tidy. The price was very reasonable and the craftsmanship superb. Highly recommend this company and I look forward to using them again in the future.

The pathway to my backyard was overgrown and unkempt. I got quotes from 4 contractors and although Patrick wasn’t the cheapest, I felt most comfortable with his ideas and workmanship. HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The finished product was exactly what I hoped for and although there were a couple hiccups along the way, Patrick and his team were always quick to solve problems. He even cut down a couple trees for me at the last minute. Highly, highly recommend.

I just bought my house and while renovating my kitchen, the floor had to be leveled in order to lay 24"x24" porcelain tiles, which lead to my stove not being flush against the wall due to the placement of the gas line. I called Emran and he was able to come out the NEXT day and move the gas line. During the visit he noticed that the gas valve was leaking, went to get the part, and return the very next morning to finish the job. He has great expertise, delivers great service, showed up on short notice, and is reasonably priced. DEFINITELY recommend!
