Technician (Gavin) took great care of surroundings making sure work areas are kept clean and sanitized. I was shown the camera’s progress and given an explanation and recommendations. Visited the Ronson showroom and Rishi not only found us a much better solution for our office refrigerator, but also suggested some future options for us to consider. Within minutes, he presented us with some cost-saving alternatives that exceeded our expectations. Delivery was flawless and the installers were meticulous in setting up in the main lobby area. Rishi is very knowledgeable and took care to understand our needs in a commercial office environment -- a welcomed resource to us. Our designers were very impressed with our selection!

I booked an appointment for our wood garage door that was seized. Easy Flip arrived on time, and very quickly diagnosed the problem (broken torsion spring, drums and bearing plates). Was able to fully repair and revitalize the door to excellent operational level. I was especially pleased to know that we could repair the mechanics and keep the door vs. replace altogether. The service technician was very extremely knowledgeable, professional and had great technical skills - completing all the work in record time! Thank you so much.

Tyler Johnson is a true professional in his field. Our dryer connection was loose and we were advised by our furnace service team to have it checked for leaks as lint was accumulating on the new high-efficiency furnace. The dryer was located close to the furnace and needed to be pulled out of the connection to change air filters and service the furnace. Tyler called to confirm his arrival, came on time and quickly inspected the installation and took numerous photos to show me some of the areas of concern. This is an old dryer, and we had no idea how close we were to a dryer fire!! The inside of the unit was almost completely full of lint, the connections were not properly sealed to the vents, and even the outside vent was completely inappropriate. Tyler explained everything to me, showed me what he was going to do, provided a detailed summary of the costs, completed all the work and showed me the after shots. My elderly mom and I are forever grateful to Tyler -- we never would have dreamed that the dryer could have caught fire. What brought tears to my eyes though was the relocation of the connection that Tyler did. I no longer have to pull out the dryer and struggle with the sharp connection every time I have to change the furnace air filter. This was the initial reason I searched out Dryer Vent Wizard -- my hands and arms are still bruised from my failed attempt on the weekend -- but Tyler really saved us much further damage by cleaning out all that built-up lint inside the machine. I highly recommend their service, even if it is just for your own peace of mind, and again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts Tyler!

George was very prompt to respond to initial inquiry, quoted accurately, and was able to accommodate booking to suit our schedule. Arrived promptly as promised, and the work was completed beyond our expectations. He took time to review all the features of our new range, and left the work area pristine. They even made sure that the old stove was brought to the curb -- for that my elderly mom is truly grateful!

The best fencing company in town! Having read the numerous wonderful reviews for FG Fencing online, I requested a quote to replace a very old, dilapidated section of fence in my parent's home. My elderly father had recently passed, and the fence (and yard) was in dire need of attention. John came out on time and as scheduled -- a pleasant surprise. He not only provided a very detailed and fair quotation for a 60' length of pressure-treated fence and 2 gates, but also took the time to recommend solutions to the unique yard rehab I was facing. As recommended by all my friends, I got 3 other quotes -- but none compared to the FG quote ( with respect to price, details, and suggestions/recommendationis for how to tackle the rest of the yard). I received an almost immediate follow-up via e-mail from John and a quotation within days of his visit, with all the details and explanation that I could need to help us make a decision. He was also exceptionally prompt in getting back to me with a couple of add-ons to the original quote (insert for one of the gates and deadbolt). But this was just the beginning of an excellent experience. Their online features allowed me to download the contract, view the progress of the utility clearances and conveniently pay installments as required. This is a great service in my opinion. The crew arrived last week as scheduled and promptly on time. All 3 gentlemen were extremely skilled craftsmen -- they demolished the old fence taking great care around my neighbour's mature hedges and landscaping, and had all the posts inserted in lightning speed. They also kept the site incredibly tidy, picking up all debris before leaving for the day. A hardworking, polite and respectful crew. When they came back to install the fence, the same care was taken around the site. Even our request for a deadbolt on the gate was taken care of (on Saturday no less)!. On behalf of my mom and myself, our sincere thanks John, Mark, the crew and everyone at FG Fencing. The fence and gates look fantastic, their prices are very competitive and the whole process was an absolute joy. I highly recommend FG Fencing to anyone reading this review.

Frank and Dan did an exceptional job on the shed demolition. They arrived on time, worked very hard all day, completed the demo and cleaned-up the surrounding area. Without hesitation, I would reccomend their services to anyone.

Excellent area rug cleaning. Their plant is very conveniently located with parking, and they even came out to my car to help me unload and load the area rug that I brought in for cleaning. I came across them via an internet search one Sunday afternoon, and sent a request for quote online expecting to hear back later that week. I was very pleasantly surprised to have a personalized response and quotation within the hour! Great customer service, quick response time, work completed on schedule and the area rug came out looking fantastic. Highly recommend!

Sincere thanks to Brandon & Kyle on a fantastic job. This was the first time we had our ducts cleaned and they did an excellent job. Both were on time, courteous and took the time to explain the various steps of the process. Booties were on when inside the house, and they cleaned-up as they worked. They were both obviously very skilled in their jobs, and took great pride in their work. It makes a world of difference to deal with professionals who not only know what they're doing, but enjoy their work and deliver great customer service. Atlas was recommended to me by other family members who use their services, and I highly recommend them as well.
