I contacted Megacity about repaving my driveway. They answered all my messages promptly and gave me a very reasonable quote. On the paving day a team came and within two hours they had torn up the old asphalt, carefully re-graded the substrate and laid 2 ½ inches of new, high-quality asphalt, which they rolled several times until they were satisfied with the finish. The team members were cheerful and courteous, and worked together like a well-oiled machine. They left the area beautifully clean and tidy; they obviously take pride in their work. I can really see why nearly all their reviews are 10/10 I would give them 11 if I could!

Brock Doors and Windows replaced all the windows on the upper floor of our house in 2016, and several more windows plus our patio door this month. Our sales representative, Sandy, was friendly and knowledgeable, and able to answer all of our technical questions about the window specifications. He gave us his recommendations with no hard sell, and with attentiveness to our ideas. The installer in 2016, Eugene, worked efficiently and with great care about details; I have never seen such a neat caulking job! He faced a bit of a challenge installing one of the windows, which was situated above a pergola covered with a large wisteria vine, but he managed with ingenuity to get around that problem. The installation team for this year, led by Matt, also worked competently and efficiently. They too faced some challenges, in this case removing three basement windows which had been over-firmly attached to the interior walls. They went the extra mile to ensure that all was tidy and secure, putting in several hours of additional work on a second day. We are very pleased with Brock, and would highly recommend the company.

The Roofers recently did a roof replacement on our house. Sean came over and gave us a detailed quote, explicitly itemizing all of the work to be done and pinpointing the problem areas on our roof (worn flashings, cracked caulk, missing drip edges, bathroom vents etc.) The team arrived at the crack of dawn and worked diligently and efficiently all day. They answered any questions that we had knowledgeably and courteously. The work included replacing the shingles and leaky skylight on our garden shed, which turned out to be a bit of a challenge, but the team did a terrific job with the installation. The cleanup was very thorough, and we couldn’t be happier with the work overall. We would recommend The Roofers to anyone!

Danny did a job for us this past summer, cleaning and sealing the interlock at our front entrance, back yard and the side of the house. The cleaning was done very thoroughly, and with hardly any mess left in the adjoining garden beds. Danny went over the interlock with sealer several times, to make sure that the coverage was complete. The interlock ended up looking amazing - brand new, and it still does three months later.
