I have contacted Ben to come and help me with my multi-unit residential project. He came and gave me his recommendations which I found to be very precise and helpful. Later, he started the work and prepared many design options for me to see and evaluate. Based on my design preference, He prepared the complete detail drawings and specifications for the first and basement floor and applied for permit. His timing is great and quick and his professionalism is very high. His recommendations during the work,reduced the construction cost. His team of engineers also came in very handy since he ordered the structural and mechanical drawings to his contacts and they delivered as promised with a reasonable fee. We have another part of the project still going that will require approval from the committee of adjustment which I am very sure will result in the same high standard of work. Thanks Rock, Multi units have their own challenges which requires adequate attention to fire separations and details.
