Had some friend of a friend who fixes furnaces come out to check our furnace as it kept locking itself out therefore, leaving the house freezing in the middle of the night. After a few "quick fixes", we were fed up and contacted Reliable after reading the many positive reviews on this website. No disappointment. Someone came out on a sunday morning to diagnose the problem and we were advised our furnace was unsafe to use due to a cracked heat exchanger. Our gas was shut off immediately for safety. We were offered either a repair job or a replacement of the furnace. We decided to replace the furnace since we were going to sell our house and it would hopefully be a selling feature. Darryl came out the following day to install a furnace since we have a baby at home, they rushed the replacement. They did a quick, efficient and mostly, clean job. We were very satisfied. We did have issues following the installation and someone had to come back twice to figure out what was causing the problem. Turns out we were using too efficient furnace filters! Both times, we dealt with a pleasant helpful person. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any furnace or air conditioning related issue.

We needed a home inspection done a conditional purchase. Don showed up early and started the inspection of the roof and outside of the house until we showed up. He explained everything he found and everything he was looking for during his inspection. He was thorough and gave suggestions on what fixes should be done and how much they may cost. We showed the report of the home inspection to the current home owners and they were surprised to see items on there that their home inspector never noticed when they purchased the house 2 years prior. Overall, we were very pleased with Don and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Very satisfied with their services. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. On time! Vacuumed their work area when finished! Overall, would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again next time I require duct cleaning!

Have been using Weedman for 3 years now. Have not been impressed with their services so far. The first 2 years, I was told my their customer service reps that it takes a few years before seeing results. It is now the end of my 3rd year with them and I am still not happy with the results. When I ask them why I am not seeing improvements, they simply try selling me more services. I've told them that once I start seeing changes in my lawn, that I would then consider more services with them. I've had to make multiple calls throughout the spring and summer to remind them that I'm due for my lawn treatments. The response I ALWAYS get is "you were next on our list, it should be done sometime next week". Also, I've been getting daily phone calls from Weed man throughtout the fall as they try pre-selling me their services for next spring. I am no longer interested in this company and will stick to independent contractors that actually care about their services and their results.

I thought I needed to have shingles replaced and I had a few contractors give me quotes over the phone. No one bothered to come check the repairs. These guys sent someone over to check on the damage and advised me that it didn't even need to be done right away as there was no compromise to the roof. I appreciated their honesty as they weren't just trying to make a quick buck off my potential non-essential repairs.
