Highly Impressed with Ajax Roofing!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ajax Roofing for a roof replacement at my Scarborough home, and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I reached out for a quote, and Caleb and Travis Boudreau responded promptly, showing up at my home right on time. They were both professional and thorough, physically getting up on the roof to conduct a complete assessment.

What really stood out to me was their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. They didnt try to upsell anything, which I appreciated. Instead, they gave me all the options available, helping me make an informed decision. I opted for the Malarkey shingles, which were a slight upgrade, but in my opinion, a much superior product.

The logistics were seamless the disposal bin and new shingles arrived exactly when they said they would. When it came time for the actual work, the crew impressed me even more. They worked with military precision, and the efficiency and professionalism they displayed throughout the entire project was top-notch.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Ajax Roofing. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, everything went smoothly, and I couldnt be happier with the quality of work and customer service. Highly recommend!

We were given a quote and hold two weeks and they were here in two weeks. They were here for five hours took off our old roof installed a new roof gutters roof vents. There was six guys (Turns out i knew one of them he went to school with my youngest daughter) They were all very nice and pleasant hard-working from start to finish. They put plywood over my flower bed beside my garage, put plywood the side of my fence so no damage would be done to my neighbours vehicles. They put plastic down absolutely everywhere which collected all the debris they would throw off the roof. Afterwards, they cleaned and picked up everything. You would never know that they were even here. Caleb, the owner was very nice knew what he was talking about offered different options. The workers were very hard-working were very nice. We were very pleased with the job that they did on the roof and it looks amazing. Great workmanship no complaints. I would highly recommend them. It was a fair price as well 10 out of 10. Caleb came right away and due to a cancellation fit me in early by a week. In 2019 I had Called because if a Leak and figuring the worst, expected to be told I would need a whole new Roof. I was ,making Truck Payments at the time and this would have been a real financial hardship. When II was told I still had about 4 to 5 years of life left on the shingles, it was music to my ears!! a repair was done for $400.00 Plus Tax involving a 2 foot square of new Plywood and replaced shingles. 3 weeks ago, after a couple of days of heavy rain, my Roof started to leak again in another spot. The 5 years estimate I was given was Correct and the time was up
so I called Ajax Roofing back. They have done a lot of work on my Street
in Ajax and everyone is pleased that I have spoken to about Work done

We discovered a leak in our upstairs bathroom ceiling and didn't know who to call. My sister had previous used Ajax Roofing and Repair and said they did a great job. Calab promptly came out to the house, did a roof inspection and provided a quote. I agreed with the quote and the repairs were done the next day. The guys did a great job repairing the roof and made sure everything was completely clean. I would highly recommend Calab and Ajax Roofing and Repair for your roofing needs.

A raccoon had pulled off one of our roof vents and some shingles and was trying to make itself a home. Travis and his team were super knowledgeable, gave great advice, communicated quickly even during the evening on a weekend, and were able to come help us the next day. They checked that the raccoon was not still in the roof and installed pest-proof covers on all our vents. They explained exactly how the new covers worked, and were up front about everything. They did a high quality job at a reasonable price, and we havent had a problem with the raccoon since. We will definitely be calling them again for any future roof issues.

I had my roof done by another company and the work was terrible. My roof was leaking and they couldn't fix the problem. Travis and Brad fix my roof on two separate occasions and have no have a leak or any other problems to date

What sets Ajax apart is that they are super responsive, super skilled and they truly care!
We were out of town for a week and when we got home, we saw there was a big leak in our ceiling ... the damage must have happened several days before when it rained. Our challenge was that we were only back for a day and had to leave town again. What to do? We couldn't leave the house this way as some big snow and rain were on its way.
Lucky for us, Ajax Roofing came to the rescue! Even though we were outside of their typical service area Travis dispatched someone to arrive within 90 minutes to take a look. Bradley quickly climbed the roof and professionally diagnosed the issue. To our utter delight he said I think I can fix it today, as long as I can get the parts needed around the skylight. So he raced off and 20 minutes later he was back, and within an hour everything was fixed and we could leave. We couldnt be happier nor more thankful!
The added complication was that Since we couldnt leave a hole in the roof, one of us was going to have to stay behind to deal with the rainy consequences (and buckets) and wait til we could get someone to fix it. Travis, the owner said to me I didnt want your partner to have to wait around in Toronto for a couple of days and need to take a train to join you out of town. So I prioritized you even though others needed us too today.

What a guy! What a company! I cant speak more highly of them. They are fantastic, and they literally came to our rescue!
