Our air conditioner broke down during extremely hot weather. Most places were booked up and had a wait time of several days to a week or more. Service 1st was able to have someone out later the same day. Technician was friendly and professional. Quickly determined that the capacitor was in need of replacement, and performed the repair with parts with him in truck. Was back up and running (and cool) very quickly.

Cost was only deductable, as we were covered by homeowner insurance for rest. Childs toy was caught in toilet. Company responded in less then 2 hours from initial call. Person performing work was polite and worked fast. Left area clean and the issue resolved.
