Service 1st Heating And Cooling

I have had both AC and Furnace installed and annually maintained by Service 1st. I have been very happy with their work. They stand by their product and if I have any questions, they are quick to answer. They do not sell you anything you don't need. The installers are very knowledgeable in heating and cooling. They are also very respectful of your property by ensuring they clean up after themselves. They also only sell high quality products.

Inspections are thorough and trustworthy. Have used them for 3 different properties. We purchased 2 furnaces from them and they inspect every year giving us peace of mind. They re-inspected a furnace that another company suggested replacing and confirmed that it was safe.
Our experience with installation -- They arrive at the scheduled time, do their installation and when they leave
there is nothing left behind. Their technicians, and installers are professional and their customer service is top notch. If during an inspection, they find something they point it out or fix it if they can. On one inspection, they found an opening to the outside and asked if we had ever seen a mouse in the house. He patched the hole with silicon to prevent any unwanted critters. Once we find a contractor that we trust, we never change.

I had my gas turned off by another company who arrived to service my furnace -- they would not sell a furnace to me until I made a sales appointment later that week. I was not willing to wait several days to have my heat working again, so I called Service First who answered all of my questions promptly, sold a brandnew furnace to me over the phone, and had a service technician there the same day to take measurements. They even brought several temporary heaters, so I was able to keep my house heated overnight. The next morning, they had technicians installing my furnace. By the time I returned home from work, I had a brandnew furnace installed and a warm home. I sincerely appreciate the prompt service provided by Annette, Peter, and Brandon, and would recommend their services to anyone!

After having a bad experience with a different company we were not sure what to expect from Service 1st. Let me tell you they were amazing! My first phone call was met with a cheerful and knowledgeable representative who told me we could book next day if we wanted (we chose later in the week). We booked a gas fireplace tuneup with Silas. On the day of service Silas showed up exactly on time and greeted myself and my family with a smile. He put on his shoe covers and after seeing the fireplace let us know he could definitely help. Before spraying paint inside the walls he ensured that we were ok with the smell. After the service he went above and beyond explaining what he did and what we could do in the future. I truly believe he had my family's safety in mind and am very glad we chose Service 1st and Silas to take care of our fireplace. Thank you so much!

Service 1st was very quick in responding to our issue. Very professional, Oliver showed up early and explained everything that needed repair. We had him out first to diagnose the issue, and after finding out we had no warrenty from the original installer, back to do the repair. They were very quick and prompt to answer questions. Only downfall was the fact we had to pay for the diagnostic, and then again to come back for the repair without any sort of discount for having them back. I am sure it would have been less expensive if we were able to let them do the repairs during the first visit. Always check with original installers before calling in someone else so you are prepared!

Our air conditioner broke down during extremely hot weather. Most places were booked up and had a wait time of several days to a week or more. Service 1st was able to have someone out later the same day.

Technician was friendly and professional. Quickly determined that the capacitor was in need of replacement, and performed the repair with parts with him in truck.

Was back up and running (and cool) very quickly.
