A1 Quality Chimney is a specialized company who knows chimneys and they have been helpful in going over options for situation. Their workmanship is very good, cost is competitive and have been very cooperative. Would certainly recommend them for chimney rebuild or repair.
There were two flat roof sections and Shingled roof sections to be done on semi-detached house in Toronto. Best Flat roof also did some capping of window and door frame, and deck removal/reinstall. They were very accommodating with schedule. The work was completed in timely fashion considering rain, etc....... Workmanship looked very good and pictures were provided. Only concern was oversight of extension ladder which was not tied off in back and left overnight; winds came along and moved ladder onto nearby supports. Best Flat Roof is certainly recommended.

I would like to start by saying that Penguin Basements Inc is a unique company. This company performs and gets your job done. They have designers on staff, but I had a hybrid situation in which they assisted and put me in touch with the right designer to obtain proper permits for completion of my 2 bedroom basement apartment. Their initial assessment showed where additional work was required although I did not really want to hear that I needed to spend more money, but it was the hard truth. They have a team of professionals who are highly skilled in the required trades and their subcontractors are equally good. We had some setbacks with a break-in over one weekend and they picked up and resolved the resulting problems without any hesitation. As any project moves on, concerns and issues naturally arise. These were corrected in a timely manner and did not cause undue delays. This company deserves to be in business and I have no hesitation in recommending them for your basement suite or just even a kitchen renovation (other work they did for me as well in another apartment).

CAS was very helpful in looking at options and providing feedback on appliance reliability. Their prices are competitive and if a package of appliances are purchased, they will provide additional savings. Their delivery service is very good as you can track and get an estimation of when they will be arriving as opposed to waiting for 4 hours. Would certainly recommend them for your appliance needs!!
