Steve and Linda have serviced my appliances in the past. Unluckily, in the last 6 months I had issues with my dishwasher, oven and my washing machine (10, 12 , and 12 years old). After providing the details of the problems we agreed I am best to replace. Even though the contact did not result in paid business for Cascade, Linda went above and beyond multiple times to provide recommendation on best brands to purchase as well as tips to maintain my appliances to help them last for many years. Cascade is a professional, honest repair company who values their customers with fair pricing and service that goes above and beyond every, single, time! You cannot find a better company. Dont call anyone else for your appliance service needs!

If you feel like spending 2 hours listening to their song and dance, used car sales pitch then give them a call. Otherwise call anyone else. Spent 2 hours of my evening listening to sales pitch choreographed to numerous laminated sales sheets. Finally they give you their price for good, better and best (Lennox only) furnace options and the pices were crazy, crazier, and craziest ranging from $4,000 - $9,000 for one (that’s right just one) new furnace. I guess their goal is to get you to agree to the mid price option and pay $6000+. The price started at $6700 and by the time he left was down to $5000. Do yourself a favour and call around. I got a comparable 2 stage, variable speed furnace for $2000 less.

Responsive, reliable, great service at a reasonable price. Contacted Mike when my 17 year old furnace stopped working and he showed up within a few hours. Recommended replacing it, got it working and quoted new furnace options. Got other quotes, some including the joy of listening to a song and dance, used car sales pitch of some other companies and all quoting $5,000-$7,000 for like models made it an easy decision. The furnace quit the next day and Mike was in promptly to install the new one. Excellent quality of work and answered all of my 101 questions. I highly recommend Mike and Home Air Systems Inc.

Hard to find a company to do small jobs but after quoting 3, Absolute offered the best price and timing for scheduling the job. After I had some internal waterproofing done on a 6’ potion of my basement wall I needed to have the wall rebuilt. Absolute was prompt, on schedule and did an amazing job (Dale, Joe, Brad, Peter) framing, insulating, new baseboards, mudding and taping. I highly recommend giving them a try.
