Contacted Linda in the morning, described the issue, the error code and she knew exactly what part I needed to fix the problem. After picking up the part in the afternoon, Steve and Linda arrived to perform the work. They are a great team and work very well together. Like many other reviews I was provided with tips for all of my appliances to help maintain them. I felt they go above and beyond to provide top notch service to their customers. I will use them again.

Steve And Linda are excellent. They were also very helpful over the phone by helping me diagnose the issue. They came with the part, fixed the refrigerator and saved the family BBQ, for sure. Very thoughtful. I'd recommend Cascade without hesitation.

PreCovid Steve and Linda were here to help us with fridge repair. Their assistance gave us a couple extra years of fridge life. (I don't remember the cost, but it was significantly less than buying a new fridge!)

Today's discussion of our washer not draining properly and possible reasons why lead to Linda recommending that we replace rather than repair. Always telling it like it is and providing an honest professional opinion even when it results in $0 for her business, are the main reasons that she is my first call for all things appliance!

Steve and Linda have serviced my appliances in the past. Unluckily, in the last 6 months I had issues with my dishwasher, oven and my washing machine (10, 12 , and 12 years old). After providing the details of the problems we agreed I am best to replace. Even though the contact did not result in paid business for Cascade, Linda went above and beyond multiple times to provide recommendation on best brands to purchase as well as tips to maintain my appliances to help them last for many years. Cascade is a professional, honest repair company who values their customers with fair pricing and service that goes above and beyond every, single, time! You cannot find a better company. Dont call anyone else for your appliance service needs!

Our washer broke and they came shortly after I called - same day. With the parts we needed to fix it. Also had really good advice about how to keep our old washer running for years to come. They are so knowledgeable and very professional just great people.

I hired Cascade and another company to fix a fridge last year. The unnamed company was hired first, did some repair based on guess work. Not only did they fail to repair the fridge, they caused more damage to it. I ended up paying more to Cascade to get the job done. Cascade on the other hand pinpointed the problem fast and fixed it the same day; and they are very courteous during the whole process. Huge difference.

P.S. After this experience I start to take Google review with a grain of salt as the unnamed company is also rated 4+ on Google

Contacted for assistance with having issues with our gas range, taking a long time to heat up and stay consistent. They were fast to reply and offered great friendly service. We would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Will 100% use their services again, if need be. They showed up, fixed the issue efficiently and promptly, gave me some invaluable tips for cleaning and maintaining the dryer, were very professional and courteous, and their prices were very fair. I don't know what else to add, except I'm very happy I called them.
